A camera won't affect grain. Grain is film. Noise is digital.
But anyway, I like the look of this a lot.

The grain you told is probably caused by the high ISO, it's a common problem of the digicams.
Anyway, I see the image very clean. It's a bit disturbing the fact of not seeing where the light comes from.
